Summary of Information
The structure of interest previously reported on at the
site
is bulky, blocky, and has levels and sections; access is tightly
controlled -- reminds me of the (A/S) DIAC.
Inside are people in
rooms ,
as is also a turning, rounded object.
The main purpose of
this site
seems to be thinking,
sorting, organization.
This
place is not hardware-oriented, but has lots of "paperwork" sorts
of things, involving decision making, directing, advising,
authority, focusing, proponency, and other sorts of "intangible"
purpose-related things.
It is an official, government related
"agency" -- a centralized point for what it's responsible for.
People refer to it for advice, and send it information about what
they're doing, in return for overall guidance and standardized
direction/correlation.
