SURROUNDED BY MANY VARIOUS BOX-LIKE STRUCTURES ( SEE SKETCH , PAGE 6 ) . THE
STRUCTURE IS UNUSUAL, STANDS-OUT, AND SEEMS "OUT- OF- PLACE", IN RELATION TO
IT'S SURROUNDINGS. IT REMINDS ME OF A HISTORIC , MONUMENTAL TYPE STRUCTURE,
SUCH AS THE EIFFEL TOWER, OR PERHAPS AN OBELISK.
