SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target is a tall structure. Inere are columns
reaching upward with some
sort of enlargement at the top.
The target is constructed mainly of steel and there are
reinforcement wires between the main columns. I think that
the color was light green with concrete at the base
covering the area like a patio or driveway.
The top looks like a rounded structure and i sensed a
presence of people there. ic was slimy and people were
walking around the base of the structure, the most
