SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target is a structure that is constructed of
concrete or stone (see sketch). This structure has what
appears to be pillars or columns located at the front of
it.
The area around it is mostly grass with a reflecting
pool or pond nearby.
The activity at the target was that of legislation or
governmental functioning carried out by people. These
people entered and left the building freely through the
front doors.
I had the distinct impression that this target was
much closer than all of the others to my physical location.
I also felt strongly that a beacon was not used in this
session.
