The target is elevated on high ground. It has a smooth outer surface which is cubic or rectangular. There is a smaller cube or base under the larger one (see sketch #1). The activity at the target is quiet. There are lots of people going in and out of the target all the time. There are shelves with lots of colors on them, rows and rows of long rectangles. Lighted, carpeted, desks and multiple floors inside the structure. People come in sit down are quiet and then leave after a while.
