1330 hours and thereafter.
The target was selected by SRI.

Remote Viewer 095 was tasked with
the requirements reflected in Para 1, above.
095 was encouraged
to submit conceptual sketches in support of 095's findings.

COMMENTS:
Viewer 095 used ERV in a Solo mode to
accomplish the mission.
095 felt intimidated by the fact that
SRI was the requestor of information, and feared providing
incorrect data.
Consequently 095, provided minimum amount of
data.
