SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
USMC LTC William (Rich) Higgins is currently traveling back
and forth from Al Mutayriyah (ENCLOSURE 1A) and Kafr Matta
(ENCLOSURE 1B) .
Terry Waite and Terry Anderson are currently located at Kafr
Jarrah. See ENCLOSURE 2.
Edward Tracy, Robert Pohill, and Frank Reed are currently
located at Barti.
See ENCLOSURE 3.
Joseph Cicippio and Alan Steen are currently located at
Chateau de Beaufort. See ENCLOSURE 4.
Thomas Sutherland is currently located at Matariyat ash
Shawmar.
See ENCLOSURE 5.
The hostages are currently being gathered in bigger
groupings.
The name "Werner/Weiner" phonetically surfaced again as a
person involved in negotiations on behalf of the hostages.
Negotiations for the release of the hostages need to be
pursued on humanitarian grounds; the release of LTC Higgins on
legal grounds as a member of the United Nations.
The word "AWAC" surfaced during this session and the role
