SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
USMC LTC William (Rich) Higgins appears to be continually on
the move.
His route of travel appears to lead from Dirdghayya,
to Al Qantarah, to An Nabaliyah al Fawka, and finally to Mazra at
ayn bu Siwar

He appears to be moving in a
generally northerly direction.
Terry Anderson is currently located in an area known
as Al
Balat.

Terry Waite is currently located at Rimhala.

Joseph Cicippio and Alan Steen continue to be located in the
vicinity of Qal at ash Shaqif, the area known as Chateau
Beaufort.

Robert Pohill is currently located at Kafr Rumman.

Pohill remains seriously ill.
Frank Reed is currently located at the "military barracks"
with European hostages.
It seems at this time however that
Edward Tracy is "out of the net.

time in the future, the use of "AWAC" will prove
an
beneficial
in ,effort to obtain some form "of locational data
regarding the hostages.'
Thomas Sutherland, Jesse Turner, and the Israeli hostages
will be addressed at a later session.
