1988 inclusively, five remote viewers conducted a total of 15
sessions to determine if the

Viewer 099 reported substantially that the
have been upgraded with new component parts which enhance
the system's capabilities allowing it to sense/see farther and,
with greater precision and accuracy. The presence of an
"electronic box" allows for greater directionality, ie,
"straight-line, beam, selection at a distance, bore-sight, " all
concepts associated with a new functional role.
