SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
USMC LTC William (Rich) Higgins will not be executed
as
threatened by the captors and as reported by the news media.
However, heated arguments over the release of LTC Higgins will
surface.
Some sort of cease-fire agreement is reached between the
Israeli
forces and persons of influence in Syrian controlled
areas.
(No further clarifying data furnished) .
