The target of interest is under construction not yet
completed, this is an idea that has come through in all previous
sessions through tense but may not have been clearly objecti fied
as such.
The concept of large amounts of energy is integral to the
purpose of the structure.
This energy is electrical and involves
a massive amount of contained charge. (AOL: plasma, marx bank,
inductive energy stores).
It is of high voltage and voltage, not
current, is what is important. The energy comes into the
building at low levels: it is in the building that it is gathered
together/ built up to high levels.
The energy in the building is
not linear ie. a flowing current, but is instead a volume/region
of charge.
The energy is in "packets".
