ACCESSED THE TARGET AT A POINT IN TIME
WHEN THE CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND
THE FACILITY IS OPERATIONAL. THE VIEWER DESCRIBES
THE TARGET AS A STRUCTURE WHICH IS LAID OUT
IN SPECIFIC DESIGNATED AREAS/SECTIONS
ACCORDING TO FUNCTION / PURPOSE. ASSOCIATED
WITH THIS TARGET IS THE CONCEPT OF STRUCTURES
WITHIN STRUCTURES. ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE
STRUCTURE IS VERY HIERARCHAL WITH EACH ELEMENT
PERFORMING VERY SPECIFIC TASKS/FUNCTIONS. IDEAS
ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURE ARE
REGULATION, INFORMATION, PLANS , DEVELOPING,
AND EARLY STAGES. ANALYTIC OVERLAYS ASSOCIATED

R&D PROJECTS IN THEIR INFANCY, MILITARY,
SOVIETS AND WEAPONS.

Site is a structure which is laid out in specific designated
areas/sections according to function/purpose (AOL/S like security
checkpoints between areas one goes from area to area only if one
has the need to). The structure is not state-of-the art
construction-not very modern.
Associated with the structure is
the idea of structures within structures.
Organization with in
the structure is very hierarchal with each element performing
very specific tasks/ functions.
Ideas associated with the purpose
of the structure are regulation, information, plans, developing,
early stages.
There is lot of competition among the workers in
the building each with a strong feeling of righteousness for
their ideas and plans.
Strong feeling that work/ideas progress
Each
hierarchically from area/section up through area/section.
subsequent section either puts a stop to/ cuts the idea or in few
cases passes it up to the next level for approval. There are
lots of bureaucratic walls and this is a major source of
frustration for the people in the building.
submitted from level to level most get terminated somewhere along
the way and only one or two survive to be acted on.

their infancy, military, Soviets, weapon.
