The concept of this aircraft is radical and advanced . It is high-tech and
steath-like. It's' purpose is to operate within and outside of the earths atmosphere.
AOL matching indicates a dual purpose, like a cross between an SR-71 and
a Space Shuttle .
I feel that the design and testing of this vehicle is not being conducted by
the people or agency that are responsible for the design of experimental aircraft .
It is being designed and tested within the Space Program and at Space Research
Facilities.
