(S/NF/SK) Tasking: Tasking provided to monitor this date (see attached data sheet) . No other information provided. 2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Source seemed to acquire site immediately; S3 information looked good. After a general description of the area, to include a group of structures, monitor informed source that the target was one of the structures. After a session break, monitor provided the additional cue of "Building C", whereupon an immediate source response was elicited. 3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source described a site near a large body of water. At the site are structures. One structure is tall, rectangular, flat-topped, very massive and solid; of masonry and concrete construc- tion. It is surrounded by vegetation and security fencing. Immediately within the structure is a very large, high-ceilinged entrance room with stairs leading up and out. Access to this structure is restricted to a relatively small number of people. This is primarily to protect knowledge of activities within from both hostile and domestic awareness. People inside are involved with considering and deciding upon numerous topics having to do with policies and procedures the effects of which may be far-reaching (not only with regard to hostile parties but also domestically, in which case might result objection or even upheaval ) . 4.
