SESSION SUMMARY

Site is a interconnected structure (s) with a thin/ flimsy dome
like substructure on one end.
Site is under construction, and
workers are sliding long things into place.
There is additional
structure area underneath the bottom of the dome.
The dome is
open and airy inside.
The purpose of the structure is military.
In 1990, there are intermittent very loud (machine like?) noises
occurring, and there is a feeling that the structure is not yet
completed.
The dome is concealing something: angular/
rectangular objects.

at the Target Site at 589281/856562.
These new
structures are of high interest to a US intelligence community
customer.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION (EEI) :
Access the Target
Site at 589281/856562 and identify/describe the new structures of
high intelligence interest.
Address and respond to the following
EEI:
a.
Provide an overview of the Target Site and identify the
structure (s) of specific intelligence interest.
b.
Describe the purpose and actual or intended use of the
new/recent construction activities at the target Site.
C.
Provide conceptual drawings in support of your findings.
ENOTE:
IF THE NUMBER OF STRUCTURES AT THE TARGET SITE BECOME TOO
VOLUMINOUS AND THE CAUSE OF VIEWER CONFUSION, LIMIT THE INITIAL
COLLECTION EFFORT TO THE STRUCTURE OF HIGHEST INTELLIGENCE
