structure (s) of special intelligence interest at 580291/856562
and describe the purpose and activities of these new structures.

VIEWER TASKING:
Revisit target structures and
address the "tall, silvery, objects"observed within the second
structure. Provide an overview of the target site and indicate
relative positions of other structures present in the area in
relation to the target structures.

COMMENTS: No personal inclemencies. Viewer 079
further described the silvery objects as tall, thin, and nearly
transparent, with an ability to sway and sweep a given area to
monitor and report. Debrief of 079 indicated the "Balls on top
of the structures" referred to a Byzantine-type architecture.
079 will return to the target site and obtain an overheadt

SESSION, I FIRST COULD SEE A LARGE TOWN OR CITY
BUILT NEAR WATER.
THERE WERE MANY TALL BUILDINGS.
THE CITY WAS
OLD BUT
HAD MODERN STRUCTURES.
THE STRUCTURES HAD LARGE CIRCLES
OR BALLS ON THEM.
THE TWO STRUCTURES. WHICH
I
ACCESSED
IN
PREVIOUS SESSIONS
WERE PLACED
IN AN
AREA FURTHER
OUT FROM THE LARGE TOWN OR CITY
AND THEY WERE PLACED NEAR EACH OTHER.
WHEN I WENT TO THE SECOND STRUCTURE AND ACCESSED THE SILVER,
TALL OBJECT,
I
COULD SEE SEVERAL MEN OPERATING IT.
THE MEN WERE
SITTING AT THE BOTTOM
OF THE
OBJECT OPERATING
IT.
THEY WOULD
LOOK UP
AT THE
OBJECT AND IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE BALANCING IT
OR TRYING TO SEE WHAT IT WAS DOING.
THE
OBJECT SWUNG
BACK AND
FORTH.
SOMETIMES IT SEEMED THAT THE MEN WERE HOLDING THE OBJECT
THIS OBJECT COULD
MEASURE AIR
AND IT
HAD A SWEEPING
IN PLACE.
THE OBJECT WAS CONCERNED WITH AIR SPEED.
AT ONE POINT,

THE FRONT UPPER PORTION OF THE OBJECT HAD
A ROTATING MOVEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

SHELL AROUND

THE OBJECT WAS TRANSPARENT AND IT
SEEMED TO BE LIGHT IN WEIGHT BUT BECAUSE THE OBJECT
WAS SO TALL,

HARD
TO
MANAGE.
ALTHOUGH THE OBJECT WAS TALL AND
SLENDER AND STOOD UP STRAIGHT, THERE WAS A CIRCULAR PART
TO THE
OBJECT.
I COULD
SEE THAT THE MEN WERE DRESSED VERY CASUALLY.

CONTROLLED AND TIGHTLY SEALED.

STRUCTURES.
THE SYSTEM WAS HARSH.
WHATEVER IS BEING
SAID OR WRITTEN IS BEING CONTROLLED.
I HAD A MILITARY FEELING WITH A CIVILIAN POPULATION.
