The impressions of the building's purpose was
perceived as that of a working place which has people there
studying and learning how it works.
.
b.
It has "flavors" of both military and civilian
purposes, both of which seemed strongly related to the
concept of "communications".
The "military" seemed to drive
nations of "trucks" and "distance". The "civilian" drove
eminations of "study", "learning", "knowing", and then
"talking", "telling" and "saying" (but there was a noticible
absence of the concept of "teaching".
There were several EI
perceptions of "curiosity", "study", "learn", which all
seemed related to the "civilian" perceptions.

The perception of "communications" also had
eminations of "tall", "thin", "firm", "white".
A stage III
sketch was made on page 5 which shows most of this.
d.
There were repeated very vague visuals of people
standing face to face with the light coming from low, in
front of each of them.
Each seemed to be the source of the
other's light.
This drove an AOL of TV to TV communications.
In stage V, there was a strong perception of
"layers"
(see sketch, page 7) .
The individual "layers" were

not connected to each other, and each was made of many
smaller layers, with a thick layer on top and many thin
layers on the bottom.
This had an allegorical feel to it,
and translated itself to me as (AOL:) depicting several
multichannel radio signals on the frequency spectrum.

In stage VI, there were impressions of energy
emerging from the site in many (but maybe not all)
directions, and energy coming into the site only from a high
angle above the site (AOL: satellite). The energy was
followed to its source, where a rounded "grid" (see drawing,
page 9) was perceived.
This rounded "grid" seemed to be full
of equipment, but the energy appeared to be simply reflected
off its surface, where I could see the reflections of many
points which were sending the energy toward it.
