Stage 6 rendering of site resulted in the cleaned-up
version,
located on page 9 of the transcript.
The "something on the roof" was perceived to have a
conical
shaped object centered inside a bowl-shaped object, with
what appeared to be a slanted surface (AOL: reflector) situated
above it.
The drive to say this was a microwave dish & reflector
was too strong, so the attempt was abandoned.
-
The activity and noises which have been perceived in
both earlier sessions in the building (previously labeled) X-1
has previously been perceived as "assembly" of some type.
It
clarified itself this time as being the "assembly" (construction)
interior of the building, itself.
The interior is still
seen
being close at 'the entrance, then opening up into a larger area
(see drawing, p. 1 of transcript) .

A Stage 6 time-line was used to investigate the site's
use upon completion.
This time line
(on page 3A) indicated 7 key
points throughout the year of 1988.
These key points are listed
on pages 3 & 4 of the transcript.
These points resulted in the
following summary:
1)
Construction continues

through 1988.

Shortly thereafter, there is a sharp feel which
seems to indicate entry of people and things into the structure.

Shortly thereafter is the arrival of something or

A little past mid year there is a feeling of a
"snag", followed by strong resistance.

structures are of high interest to a US intelligence community
customer.
