Inside there is something that is lighted, amber, green, glassy, smooth; the interior of the structure overall is dim. There is a sense of "headquarters" and "modernizing", as well as the ideas of observing, technical, electronic, and solid state. "Lattice" and "not-moving" are also involved. The area where the structures are is like it's a part -- "in the corner" -- of a larger enclave, but separated off by itself for its own purposes -- 'elitist" or "sacrosanct" or something similar. There seem to be three structures that are relevant in this selected area, all mutually dependent and supportive. One is the "operational" structure which is not completed, one is the "admin" structure, and one, a smaller one, has the impression of maintenance and "just in case" about it. There is also the impression of a "sub-station" sort of construct at a slight distance from the other structures that gives the idea of a dedicated power supply. Inside the admin structure is many little office-like rooms; inside the ops structure it is fully technical, aimed at mission; the third structure involves reserve, training, maintenance, routine, fallback. The activity involved seems laid-back, passive, relatively non-detectable by normal senses, "like" it has to do with the electro-magnetic spectrum. There is a military/civilian mix, primarily military, with the sense of a "general officer" present. Sense of tracking and high altitude.
