INTERVIEWER TASKING:
This is a new project provided
to the Interviewer. Specifically the Interviewer is to task the
Remote Viewing Source to provide data on a specific site to include
the general external and internal configurations, purposes of the
various structures and objects at the site and data pertaining to the
development and utilization of materials/objects at this site.
The
Interviewer has not been made cognizant of the true nature of this
site. Additionally, the Interviewer was provided with an encrypted
coordinate of "1284/6712" which is a departure from accepted
protocols of two six digit coordinates. 2 At the time of receipt of
these unusual coordinates the Interviewer was told that these were
"already encrypted by the customer" and it would not be reasonable to
re-encrypt them again just for the purpose of form.
The Interviewer
was told to utilize these coordinates and if deemed necessary, to
pre-brief the Source on the fact that a "shortened"
coordinate would provided for this session.

SOURCE TASKING:
Source was told that this was a new
target and that She would be given a shortened variety of the
encrypted coordinates which, "may seem unusual in its length but it
should not bother you.
Use it like any other cue to permit you to
acquire the proper target".
Source was not provided any other cues
or descriptive data pertaining to this target prior to the session.

INCLEMENCIES:
There were no reportable incidents or
anomalies which may have influenced the data obtained in this
session.
Source was not told until just prior to the beginning of
the session that She would be receiving a shortened variety of the
encrypted coordinate system.
She voiced no questions or objections
to this procedure and seemed to conduct Herself during the session in

a manner indicative of a normal Remote Viewing session.
Perhaps
because the Interviewer was sensitive to the change and was somewhat
distressed by this sudden change in methodology, it appeared to him
that the Source seemed a little "lost" and confused in the early
moments of the session.
She tended to ramble on with Her
descriptives however, the data was incongruous, ambiguous and
confusing at best.
It is unknown whether the Source was reacting to
the change of protocols or simply the perceived concern on the part
of the Interviewer, however, the situation seemed to correct itself
as the session progressed.

SUMMARY:
Source furnished the attached summary which
was prepared following the session and submitted to the Interviewer
within 24 hours after the session.
The completeness of the
typewritten summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes and
all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as
acceptable by the Interviewer.
The information provided in the
summary was found to be a complete accounting of the data provided by
the Source during the session and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer.
It
should be noted, however, that the data provided was not sufficiently
clear enough to make a determination on whether the Source had
actually acquired the proper target, reported on factual objects,
structures at the target and provided data which could eventually be
correctly correlated to the known elements at the site.

COMMENTS:
It is planned to continue to utilize this
Source on this target in future sessions at yet to be specified
dates.
In the interim the Source will continue to be utilized om
other targets of equal importance and complexity.
It will have to
wait to be seen whether this Source can efficiently and effectively
re-acquire the proper signal line pertaining to this site without
permitting any of the data from previous on-going targets to
interfere or cause AOL data to be reported.
This has never been
tried with this Source on actual operational targets although in
training targets She demonstrated a relative ease in adjusting
between targets provided the Interviewer was sensitive to the
possibility of confused data and carefully "led" Her away from this
stray images when they appear to be entering a given session.
