Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000200160007-6 SESSION SUMMARY SESSION : 13OCT 87, 1014 - 1126 hrs First impressions were of something hard , something with many angles although there was also a feeling of curving . Whatever this is , it appears to be man-made . It is dark or black in color and there is a back and forth or zig-zag motion associated with it. Associated with this target , or at least co-located with it , is an object that iscylindrical and round and looks like a big doughnut . It is hard , grey in color and feels metallic . Associated with this object is a circular motion , an upward motion , and a downward motion , all taking place simultaneously. There is afeeling of lightness , soft , gaseous; sensations of choking , burning , but oderless . There is also a feeling of coldness . .. . supercold. While trying to follow the target back to its origins there is a point at which something is flashing or pulsating , like a straße . There seems to be a fine , powdery substance . A feeling of processing , refining and storage . Also feel that this substance is dangerous , poisonous and chemical in nature . The location of this target appears to be in the northern hemisphere , not too far from the equator and in the same line as the west coast of North America . The raw materials associated with the target is a hard, lumpy, day-like substance that appears to be some sort of mineral. It is brownish, red orange in color and stains the fingers when rubbed . The area is hot , dry and rocky . There is also a powdery substance that appears metallic . The active ingredient associated with this target seems to be a liquid , synthetic chemical , a very volatile solvent . It changes from liquid to gas very quickly .
