INTERVIEWER TASKING:
This is the initial session of
new project conducted utilizing this Source.
Specifically the
Interviewer is to task the Remote Viewing Source to provide data on a
specific site to include the general external and internal
configurations, purposes of the various structures and objects at the
site and data pertaining to the development and utilization of
materials/objects at this site.
The Interviewer was not made
cognizant of the true nature of this site. As in the previous
sessions, utilizing other Sources on this same project, the
Interviewer utilized the same encrypted coordinate of "1284/6712"
which is a departure from accepted protocols of two six digit
coordinates.
There were no indications that shortened coordinates
had any noticeable affect on Source's performance in this session and
that He was able to quickly adapt to this rather small departure from
past procedures.

conducted entirely utilizing the protocols of Extended Remote Viewing

The completeness of the typewritten
summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes and all
omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as
acceptable by the Interviewer.
The information provided in the
summary was found to be a complete accounting of the data provided by
the Source during the session and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer.
It
should be noted, however, that Source provided a post-session
perception including a unusual sketch of a circular object with
component labels indicating some sort of pulsing light or energy
device which required shielding material.
This object was not
objectified during the actual session and therefore, until it is
formally addressed in another
session, its veracity and accuracy
cannot be assumed.

His data in this session
bore strong correlations to data obtained by other Sources targeted
against this site.
In future sessions and attempt will make to
gather further data on the activity within the structure and to
further clarify the relationship of the post session "energy" object
as well as other objects/gestalts of interest.
It should be noted
that Source's written summary pertaining to this session was delayed
over three days due to His personal inattention and a short scheduled
leave which He took following the session and before tending to His
responsibilities pertaining to the preparation for this written
summary.
The four day delay in preparing the summary may bring His
comments into doubt since it cannot be assured that the summary was
not influenced by other outside factors and incidents which may have
occurred on both the conscious as well as the unconscious level
His psyche.
A future session will be conducted utilizing this Source
at which time an attempt will be made to clarify and confirm
information of a purely psychic nature and to discriminate that

Site is a structure surrounded by a very wide, sloping,
open, partially grassy area, bordered on its outer limits by a
wire/metal fence beyond which are woody areas.
Down the hill
there is a gate in the fence in front of the structure.
Overall
sense of isolation -- both located in an isolated area and being
intentionally isolated from surroundings. Next to the main
structure is a smaller, rectangular one of a few levels which can
be reached from the other by means of an underground access of
some sort.
The main structure is sloping, somewhat flat on top
but with a slightly peaked roof ridge, and is located on sloping
higher ground.
Construction is cement or concrete.
Doors are
recessed, metal -- it's very solid, and presents the suggestion or
AOL of bunker or fortress.
From above it reveals an oblong
shape, seemingly with rounded off corners, with "uniform ins and
outs".
In some places there are pipes sticking out of a concrete
pad on the ground (AOL ventilator pipes) .
This compound is kept
off by itself because it could affect the population -- a threat in
a non-violent sense -- i.e., proximity to it could be unhealthful ,
as if something noxious were involved, some sort of research and
development.
Climate is generally warm, fairly sunny, not alot
of rain, but nearby may be a canal or stream, with flood gates
and screens.
Purpose of the structure is official, secret,
restricted, technology.
Technology involves machines, people,
proven basic designs, doing new things.
Inside the main
structure is a room.
Red is a color of interest pertaining to
this room (perhaps even the whole site) .
Inside the room is
Someone in a chair.
The room is white, as is the trim.
One must
go up steps to get here.
It's somewhat round; there are
different places inside -- one round place has files and controls;
it's an information place, central to everything.
A lot of
important things go on but they are run out of here.
A few
people have control. This site is unique.
There are either very
few places like this, or this may even be the only one.
It's
considered to be very important to the national interest.
Things
can be altered here, evaluated as to their success, negative
results checked, etc.
What they do here is put things together --
not necessarily parts, but more like combining substances to
produce a new end product.
In some part of this structure people
are looking at things, observing; but not right in with the
product -- unpleasant effects occur with direct contact; but they
watch how things change; heat is involved. Other activities
involve a cooling area, a packaging area; careful handling.
AOL

Many of the people working here are short and
stocky; some dress like civilians, but others are more uniform;
they speak something different than English.
They are very
covert in what they do, in coming up with solutions.
One man
seems to be lost in thought, engrossed in reading, others are
technicians, bored but careful:

cause problems; there's like a chain of command, very organized ---
AOL, they are "like" orientals, Asians, working on something
technically challenging, something they haven't tried before,
which is to be used in metal containers; it's like a military
ISque -- it isn't really used much but put aside in case it is needed

is like a basic support area where there are pipes and other
mundane stuff there is a "control area" or "control panel" behind
a metal grating, with lights, buttons, switches, schalter, etc.
One of the lights is an indicator telling about power, or
"building up", or "capacitance" -- this panel is tied into input
for what is done here, with a sense of magnetism, magnetics,
flux, all affecting the way things happen, examining
characteristics of things not done here before.
There is a
consciousness of rank structure among the people working here --
social rank.
One rank is senior because of their knowledge.
rank and file tend to look down their noses at them.
Overall
purpose of the facility has the sense (possibly AOL) of being
weapons related -- defense/offense oriented, new capabilities.
The
Post-session impression:
a rounded device under thick protective
transparent shielding; device looks "like" two glass tubes from
an hour glass or egg timers at right angles to each other, joined
at the middle, with intense pulses of light occurring inside
them.
