(S/NF/SK) MISSION: Describe a past event, occurring in the Spring of a given year, associated with the coordinates 9732/1157. 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: The viewer was directed to reacquire the "tubelike object" (see session #2) and to describe the area in which it was located and, once again, the scenario in which it was involved. (011 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: When 011 was asked why the AOL of "Laser device - Afghanistan" arose, no specific reason was forthcoming. did not recall the past office meeting where feedback regarding just such a project was provided) . The combination of certain percepts (the earlier ideas of partisans and Afghanistan, the unusual explosion, etc. ) led naturally to this analytical overlay (or is it AOL matching?). In the next session, 011 will be asked to provide a chronological sketch of the activities which compose this "event ". Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000200140005-0 SESSION SUMMARY 3 011 8714 27 NOV8 SESSION: 25 NOV 87, 1012 - 1059 HRS IN THIS SESSION WE HAVE A SMALL GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE CLIMBING OVER THE CREST OF A HILL. THERE IS SOME SORT OF OBJECT DEVICE LOCATED ON A HILL NEARBY. THE TERRAIN BETWEEN THESE TWO HALLS SEEMS RATHER FLAT AND IS GRASSY WITH LOW BUSHES / SHRUBS. WHILE CROSSING A PARTICULARLY OPEN AREA, SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT CREATES FEAR , PANIC , AND CONFUSION . THE SOURCE OF THIS APPEARS TO BE THE OBJECT / DEVICE (see sketch, page 1). AT THIS POINT IN THE SESSION THERE IS AN "AOL " OF LASER DEVICE AND AFGHANISTAN. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MAY BE A PRODUCT OF " AOL DRIVE " a. I feel fairly certain that this object / device was not designed or meant to be used as a tactical weapon . Its use as an offensive weapon was discovered quite by accident . I feel that this device was designed to be used as a surveillance tool . b . There appears to be a HIND helicopter in the air near this site . I perceive that this helicopter goes down , or crashes in this area . c. It is possible that there are two different parts to this object / device one may be the weapon and the other may be a laser device for aiming it.
