INTERVIEWER TASKING:
This is the second session of a
new project conducted utilizing this Source.
Specifically the
Interviewer is to task the Remote Viewing Source to provide data on a
specific site to include the general external configurations purposes
of any structures and objects at the site and data pertaining to the
development and utilization of materials/objects at this site. In
this session the Interviewer was further told to emphasize the three
major items of interest provided in the actual tasking:
the nature,
purpose and extant of activity at this site.
The Interviewer has not
been made cognizant of the true nature of this site. The Interviewer
utilized the encrypted coordinate of "14752/1213," which is a
departure from accepted protocols of two six digit coordinates.
There were no indications that shortened coordinates had any
noticeable affect on Source's performance in this session or the
previous session and as before, She was able to quickly adapt to this
rather small departure from past procedures.

SOURCE TASKING:
Source was specifically told that
this "will be a continuation of the target you worked on two weeks
ago.
During that session you told me about a large structure with
men working in different portions of the structure. This structure
will be our target for this session." Source was not provided any
further cues or descriptive data prior to this session.
This
session was conducted utilizing Extended Remote Viewing (ERV)
protocols in its entirety.

INCLEMENCIES:
.There were no reportable incidents or
inclemencies which may have influenced the data provided by Source
during this session.
It should be noted however, that Source is
currently undergoing a comprehensive program of training in which She

is being taught to utilize the Coordinate Remote Viewing protocols.
Although the effect of this training is barely negligible during Her
subsequent ERV session, there are some effects none the less.
Specifically, Source answers and descriptions while on target have
tended to become less flowing and spontaneous consisting of more one
or two word answers.
This is in direct contrast to the typical ERV
descriptive passage which tends to ramble on with numerous references
not only to the target but to the surrounding environment. As a
result, the Interviewer is experiencing some minor difficulties in
attempting to "force" the Source to be more spontaneous and
descriptive in Her replies. Experience with other Remote Viewer who
are already cross-trained would seem to indicate that this is a
temporary shortcoming which will resolve itself when this Source
becomes more confident in Her ability to function in both
technologies.

SUMMARY :
Source furnished the attached summary which
was prepared following the session and submitted to the Interviewer
within twenty four hours following the session.
The completeness of
the typewritten summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes
and all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as
acceptable by the Interviewer. The information provided in the
summary was found to be a complete accounting of the data provided by
the Source during the session and did not require further
modification, clarification or additions by the Interviewer.

COMMENTS:
Source's impressions and post-session
summary continue to be somewhat confusing and erratic but far less so
than in the initial session.
The data provided by Her concerning Her
impressions was far less ambiguous however there is still no single
clearly definable thread of information that could have been
exploited by the Interviewer. If Source's data is to be taken on face
Value alone, it would indicate a rather quiet and sedate research or
planning facility with little activity other than the preparation of
reports for a higher echelon of command.
There was no indication of
a central theme of research and no indication of any specific item of
technology or development which was identified during the session.
Source had one curious impression of young men being trained and.
armed within the facility and of other younger people being utilized
as guides or assistants to direct visitors to the facility. Both of
SGFOIA3 these impressions are ironic since they tend to resemble Source's
again that the Interviewer is unwitting as to the exact nature of the
target site and therefore the existence of specific cues and relevant
data may have gone unrecognized. In post session interviews Source
commented that She felt drawn to the, "lower levels" of the multi-
level structure to the area where the guides were located.
She was
unable to objectify the reasons for this propensity to report on this

STRUCTURE THAT WAS POINTED.
IT SEEMED AS THOUGH A SOFT CLOTH
MATERIAL WAS HANGING FROM
THE STRUCTURE BECAUSE I COULD SEE THE
WIND BLOWING AND THIS SOFT CLOTH WAS FLAPPING IN THE
WIND.

THIS WAS A BUSINESS AREA.

THEY WERE CONCERNED
WITH TRACKING DOWN, ACCOUNTING FOR, AND COLLECTING LARGE OBJECTS.
