on 16 OCT 87.
Impressions gained from the targeted site include:
Tasked to give a description of the inside of the site,
the perception was of a circular or semi-circular object (see
sketches, pages 2, 7 %, 8). " The object appears to be yellowish or
greenish in color on its flat, circular top, and black on its
vertical sides.
Low on the vertical sides, it seems to be made
of struts or legs.
Higher on its vertical sides, it appears to
be solid.

Activity perceived at the site consists of a group of
people sitting around in a circle, seriously engaged in comparing
with one another, discussing, and making decisions.
