(S/NF/SK) Monitor Tasking: Per original tasking instructions; no amplifying data received. 2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: Source was provided with only the coordinates (supplied) and instructed to spend a good deal of time in Stages I and III. (See the comment below regarding a bad call on the part of the monitor). 3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The Viewer's summary and sketches are attached. 4. (S/NF /SK) Comments: This target seems unusual and a little strange -- the Viewer produced some unique ideograms in Stage I. There was a good site lock-on during the session, but the target itself may possess several, disparate physical/geographic elements. Much care was taken during the session to avoid/preclude AOL. However, the monitor should have used Stage VI tools rather than trying to take a short cut when exploring the "purpose" of the "green energy". There is something associated with the structure that is hard , sloping , rounded , and thick ( see sketch , page 5 ) . Somewhere in the background a hard , rough , jagged , 15 1 very tall , natural feature with a dark , flat , top ( see sketch , page 5 ) . Getting the impression of a rugged , mountainous area . Inside the stucture is a green energy that is constantly radiating, with waves of pulsed energy . The purpose of this energy is to create a violent , star-burst explosion with colors of red , orange , white and blue .
