There will be hostile actions taken against U.S. flagged vessels operating
in the Persian Gulf , during the week of 1-7 November 1987. On Sunday.
1 November it appears that a U.S. flagged vessel in struck by a SILKWORM
missile . There will be no hostile action directed towards any U.S. flagged
vessels on Monday. There is a possibility of attacks on Tuesday, Wed-
mesday , and on Thursday , but I feel it is unlikely . There will be no
hostile action directed against U.S. vessels on Friday. However, the
possibility of a U.S. flagged vessel being struck by a mine on Saturday,
7. November is very high
The U. S. will attack Iran in retaliation for hostile actions during
this week The possibility of the U.S. attacking SILKWORM missile
sites exists, but is not iminent.
