IT SEEMED AS THOUGH AT TIMES THAT MEN WERE STANDING IN WATER. THE MEN WERE DRESSED FOR OUTDOORS AND IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY HAD HEAVY CLOTHING ON. I KEPT RECEIVING THE IMPRESSIONS OF CALM AND PEACEFUL. AT ONE POINT 5 RECEIVED THE IMPRESSION THAT MEN WERE WAITING FOR AN ARRIVAL OF SOME SORTS. ALSO, IT LOOKED AS THOUGH MEN WERE CONSTANTLY WATCHING FOR SOMETHING OR GUARDING THEMSELVES. COULD ALSO SEE SHIPS PASSING THROUGH OR BEING ALLOWED TO PASS THROUGH WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY, OVERALL, I KEPT RECEIVING THE FEELINGS OF PEACE, QUIET, AND PEACEFUL.
