( Interviewer was provided with a sheet of bond paper on which the following handwritten note had been prepared: "TASK: Describe the technical facility located vic: Personnel , SG1A Prior to activity, purpose, equipment, external configuration : . the initial session Source was provided only the encrypted coordinates listed above, as per Extended Remote Viewing (ERV) protocols, and told that this was a new target for him. In the subsequent sessions, (included in this report), Source was provided a brief review of the key elements provided by him during the previous session, e. g. , "subterranean facility with a large amount of mechanical activity". Source was also provided the same encrypted coordinates as the previous sessions. , No other cuing or descriptive data except as stated above was provided to the Source pertaining to this site. 2. ( SESSION: ) This series of sessions represents the first time that Source has wittingly been targeted against the same target on repeated and consecutive sessions. Some limited Statistical data seems to indicate that this technique, in conjunction with the ERV methodology, tends to clarify initial impressions and provide more comprehensive reporting. In the case of this particular Source, this concept seemed to reverse his characteristic tendency to perceive many items on a general plane without providing definitive descriptive data on a more specific plane. There were no reportable anomalies during any of the sessions included in the report. 3. Due to the multiple targeting procedures, much of the information in these post-session summaries was redundant or not relevant to the ultimate target. To facilitate analysis of Source's perceptions as described during and in post-session interviews, the major gestalts have been summarized, with explanatory Interviewer notes, when appropriate. (1) ( ) In the initial session, Source began describing specific portions of vehicles, i.e., the bumper, the lights, etc. When "moved away" from this concept he began to perceive a more general descriptive image of the site. This area was described as a wide, flat area surrounded by hills or mountains. In this wide area, there was the concept of "roundness" and "items sitting around like machinery, tools or generators". The entire area had a yellowish cast to it. Source further described the concept of "reflections from a silvery object" which appeared to be made up of concentric circles or, "layers of circles inside one another, inside one another and so forth". Source then began describing his "location" as being inside something. The area seemed to be very large with a multitude of irregular shapes and configurations which Source was initially unable to objectify or effectively describe. The general feeling however, was that the area contained numerous mechanical structures which seemed to mesh and work together, "like the insides of a clock". An effort to permit Source to randomly "travel" throughout the site provided little data of a recognizable or coherent nature, i.e., "bright yellow", "like latches", "a hole, just a hole", "a black ugly thing", "black/green/white lines" and "plastic looking". Source did begin describing a "mechanical arm with pivotal joints", and some sort of central machine or component which was "black, large, perhaps covered with a tarp". Source could provide any further descriptive data pertaining to the site during this initial session. (2) ( ) Source's later sessions provided data pertaining to a concept of a clear dome which enabled one to look out or into something. Further, from inside a central area with the high domed roof, there appeared to be "holes" leading off in different directions. These holes eventually became tunnels or hallways in Source's perceptions. At one time Source had a strong image of a forest fire with "swirling patches of light contributing to a larger light". In the later sessions, the concept of repeated targeting seem to cause a bit of analytic overlay resulting in the need to "re-target" the Source to "force" him to remain on the site and to be more specific in his descriptive. That accomplished, Source seemed to accept his role and reported his perceptions in a more definitive manner. Among these perceptions, was a 7/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000100530010-2

Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000100530010-2 T/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY clarification that the target was subterranean in nature, consisting of a large, rounded, cavernous central room with at least one tunnel leading off in an unknown direction. The tunnel floor was "flat but not level, rounded but smooth" which in the final session was clarified to mean that the "tunnel" was tubular in shape. Within this tubular tunnel the temperature was perceived to significantly warmer than other areas of the site. At a point in the tunnel the area opened up to reveal a large tubular device of some sort. This device had a rounded but blunted nose and a long sleek body with two triangular shaped objects, similar to wings, protruding from each side at a point up from the center line of the object. Towards the front of this object, there appeared to be a clear, domed, (cowled) portion resembling a cockpit. Towards the middle and at the top of the tubular object, a portion of the object had been removed to permit access to its internal components. Workers around this object wore heavy canvas or asbestos suits which covered the entire body including full hoods, visors and gloves. Inside the object there was a mass of intricate levers, gears and linkages completely filling this exposed area in which the uniformed people were observed to be working. Other items associated with this area included several small tubular cylinders standing side by side resembling oxygen/acetylene equipment, items resembling 55 gallon drums, (some of which appeared to have large funnel-like projections coming from the tops of the drums, various cabinets and tables around the area and a great abundance of various shaped tools and devices giving the overall impression of disarray. (3) ( > In another area of the site, Source perceived an administrative area with comfortable and professional appearing furnishings, indirect lighting and shiny floors. From this area, Source quickly moved to another location which contained a wide array of tubes, pipes and pipe fittings. Adjacent to this area was an enormous cavern like area with a large passageway area overlooking the openness. There were chairs in this area and other tunnels leading away from this location. In one of these tunnels, an impression of a large tube or perhaps another tunnel is perceived which had a viewing lens attached to it. This lens would permit the viewer to look into the tube. Looking from inside the tube, the viewer perceives the outside, i.e., sunshine, trees etc. Inside the tube there is some sort of liquid. Finally, Source had a fleeting impression of a man pushing a pole into a drilled hole in a wall. No purpose for this action could be perceived. 4. ( FEEDBACK: Source tends to move around the site ) without focusing on a specific item for any extended period of time. Additionally, he perceives this site to be some sort of large facility for housing various types of mechanical apparati. It is odd to note that Source, a devotee of the high-tech world of SECRET/NOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000100530010-2

When specifically questioned about this anomaly, Source stated flatly that he had not perceived any sort of technical gear other than the mechanical apparati that he reported.
