Source was told only that this is a recurring
requirement that has been targeted by other Remote Viewers (RV) in
the past.
Additionally, Source was provided with encrypted
coordinates of this site, as per Extended Remote Viewing (ERV), to
read 112170/018605, thus preventing inadvertent geographic cuing.
Source was also told that this was, "the odd shaped building with
room within a room which you visited several months ago", which
Source recalled.
No other cuing or descriptive data was provided to
Source except that which is stated above.

BEGIN SUMMARY:
"(I'm in the) room in (the) odd shaped building.
(There's a) meeting
which is periodic in a way (NFI) going on.
(A) man at the end of the
table is concerned
(with)
and is discussing railroads with some
Specificity.
All other discussion (s) are more general .
( The)
man
as
(the) opposite end (is) wearing a dark uniform, (navy I believe) ,
(and) is concerned with not losing any of the resources le is
presently allocated.
(The) man in (the) olive uniform (with)
gold
braid (and) a fat neck is trying to maintain his present percentages
of heavy industry.
These people were involved, as a group, in the
allocation of fuel, by percentages, to (the) various services and to
the various areas down to Army level.
(The) priority of fuel is to
the West.
The second (priority) is to the South.
(The third
priority is) to a fuel reserve.
(The fourth priority is) to East and
the Center.
Plans for future:
Two new and younger people (51-53
years of age) added to the group (but they are) not really accepted
as peers either because they are junior members or (beca ise) they are
not fully accepted as members by (the) other members of (the) group.
( There are) plans for (the) military to be used politically (or for
more) political purposes than ever before.
(The) military may do
things which are contrary to immediate military situation (s) but are
wise to do politically.
There is some reluctance to this (concept)
among this group but there is also some excitement.
There are not
many surprises planned.
Most of the plans (among these men) are
reactionary (contingency plans) .
There is a plan involving one large
metal boat, possibly a submarine (located) in an ice clogged sea
(NFI) .
(There are) also plans for (seeking) docking rights (at an)
island in (the) South Pacific.
(It is located) north and possibly
( I perceive a map) which shows Poland and Western
N/W of New Guinea.
USSR.
East of Poland (in the USSR) there is a string of (red
colored) symbols (which) may (represent) large troop units or symbols
similar to those used to show a Maginot line (static defense line) .
A second map shows Asia and the USSR.
Across the top (of the map)
a set of metallic domes (several) hundreds of kilometers apart. . .

feeling like the Pentagon ... wooden staircase going up, berman first

the US first floor being designated in Europe as the ground floor
What is significant about this Source volunteered designation is that
the actual tasking package goes to great lengths to explain that the
floor designations of the target are quoted in European terms by an
unnamed defector) .

Within the inner sanctum room, Source perceived
that there was a core group of approximately five Officer's who were
accompanied by about twice that many other men, some in civilian
dress and others in uniform who may have been assistants and
advisors.
The core group of senior "Officer's" have many things in
common and, "all know each other quite well".
This would be expected
of a group of senior military Officers in key leadership positions
from all branches of that countries military service and tends to
lend credence to the fact that Source had successfully acquired the
proper target.

Source's reference to a map showing a "defense
line in Poland" was
further described as, "I can't tell if it's troop
units or a national
line symbol ... it's in
rallelling back a
couple of hundred kilometers from the
second echelon
static defense.

(S/NF/SK) When queried about future intentions of this
group of men, Source reported a, "cloudy focus, possibly a pull back
of some units ... from the West to the East and not from the South to
the North".
Additionally this group of men were concerned with.
"strengthening lines of communications with a second priority (being
the lines of communications from) East to West and the first priority
being (line of communications from) North to South". Finally, this
group of men were concerned with increasing,
"the amount of rolling
stock (railcars)" in the coming year.
None of the plans,
intentions
and proposals perceived by the Source were hostile in nature except
those which were contingency in nature.

Source's description of the numerous sites along

perspective apparently in space) , a
' (I'm) very high up (and have
to me) .
(There are) orbiting devices
(and) I take them to be
image) of the (earth's curvature) ,
Asia, USSR, Japan (all visible
satellites but they could be anything.
(In) the northern part of

approximately 500/1,000 kilometers apart (a row of separate but
similar sites) .
In post session interviews Source further described
these sites as looking like a "row of Griffith Park Observatories" (a
reference to a now unused stellar observatory in Southern California
which sat on top of a mountain.
The general configuration was the
classic large, round base structure with a prominent dome".

OPS FEEDBACK:
Source, by His own statements, had an
extremely clear set of impressions concerning this target and was
able to keep the various components and concepts in perspective
throughout the session.
In an unusual series of descriptions, Source
described specific geographic areas of the world to include specific
references to distances between components.
Source prefaced these
statements in the actual session by affirming that,
"these are not
AOL, I'm sure of that.
I'm sure that it is signal",
Following the
session, Source further correctly concluded that
and that the men in the core group were
the target building
senior military Officers.
The nature of the reporting and the known
facts concerning this target would seem to lend credence to Source's
"assumptions" and the possibility does exist that His specific
references to a, "line of structures parallel to the Artic Circle",
"a pull back of forces from the West to the East", may be proven out
through independent technical analysis.
