1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking:
Initial tasking received 23 Oct 86.
Ops officer
provided monitor with tasking data (see attached) ;
instructions clear.
2. (S/NF/SK)
Session:
Source seemed to achieve reasonable site contact
immediately.
However, monitor feels that AOL of "Dundalk" was actually
an undeclared PI (induced by a trip there earlier in the day). After
describing a "compound/facility," source was moved into $6 and
instructed to construct a time line (per tasking) and search along it
for "special events," if any.
Source annotated the time line with his
perceptions.
(In 52, source produced the word "scaly"-a relatively rare
site descriptor ... interesting) .
3. (S/NF/SK)
structures.
Summary: Site is a compound/facility/complex of

There are large, rounded, cylindrical, long, parallel ,
shiny objects present (AOL- "pipes"). There is machinery that is not
in use;
site possesses a general feeling of "run down. "
Source was
the assembly of three or more very large, rounded or cone-shaped
attracted to two points on the time line.
Point 1 was associated with
objects.
These were described as being black, grey, "sort of hollow"
and metallic.
The objects were to be mounted on the ends of each of the
cylinders, described above, by many fasteners;
the assembly was then to
be used elsewhere.
Point 2, later along the time line, was associated
with what source described as a very large shape or mass which moved
slowly and was accompanied by rumbles and vibrations (AOL-"space
launch">
(S/NF/SK) Feedback: At the end of session, source was told that site
was an operation and not a utility assessment target. Also, source was
informed that monitor was aware that site was some type of technical
facility, that the mission was to search the time period indicated, and
that further tasking (sessions) would have to await ops officer
direction.
