Site is a building located in a noisy city. There is a wide avenue of
cobblestone or brick outside the building . The building is of red stone, on brick, is
old and very plain . Inside is a long corridor leading from double dore entrance
and a staircase to the right of the entrance. There is a landing leading to the
Accord of several stores and the windows on the landing are restricted by bars,
or caged . There is a large room on the second floor , like a conference room .
It looks out onto the avenue. The room is arnate, has a long rectangular
table, photos (military and civilian men ) on the wall , dark wood floors
and red curtains on the window. There is a group of man in the room. One
man in particular is short , fat and balding , and not particularly
neat in appearance. He seems
to be in charge and is not pleased

These men are discussing some abouted plan
which had what seems to be military/ political
implications. Somehow a plane (aircraft) is
involved .
