3. (S/NP/SK) Summary: Site is one of several structures on land .
Structure is suggestive of a comfortable, multi-storing office
building. with carpets on the floor, rams and caredois ; possible a
ned tilk roof. a group a people meet inside who wean dark
clothing. The confor, consult together. Their meetings are
exclusive & confidential. One individual in the group is
articulation and empassioningly advocating a specific course
of action that is combature , belligerent and inflexible . He
has some qualified support from one or two people present.
The others are neutral on opposed to his position. Strong.
sentiment in the group that 'anything is negotiable
as long as their side is not placed at a disadvantage:
The empassioned individual doesn't want to give an inch
There is a prevailing of sense in the group of tiredness
and concern - almost an abstract fear - as if the
participants are sick of chronic high tension and
living on the edge and want to
move towards a more stable, less time, level of existence.
Possibly of that this group represents the Soviet side
of SALT, not the negotiating team. but a body
that has policy-making powers ( somewhere for up the
chain of command ) .
There are between 20 and 30 (man) present. a sense of
both military and curlian, not clearly defined between the
two. The meeting room has hard , shing floors with a
black , red and brown pattern in it . Curling is family
high, possible arched upwards, w/a decorative frieze
