2. Information provided to the monitor was controlled
by a series of 3×5 cards (see attached). The monitor
read cards 1, 2 + 3 prion to the session . The monitor
did Not read card 4 until after viewer attained. Stage II
contact with the site, Souce was then instructed to
provide information on

The source worked through Stage TV at which Time.
