Arrangements for the ZA-proposed GRILL FLAME
Steering Committee meeting have been completed. Date/
time: 30 Oct, 1400-1500 hrs. Place: Dr LaBerge
office, Rm 3E998. All members will attend (Dr Davis
may have to be on Hill for confirmation hearings. )
ZA should be aware early on of the extraordinary
sensitives he will no doubt encounter during the meeting.
For example, Adm Murphy's XO mare several remarks that
set the tone: (a) " ... after all Adm Murphy is the
senior principal, (b)
". . . don't take it as a threat,
but Adm Murphy will be at the meeting," (This in ref to
a reaction to the first proposed date which came when
Adm would be out of town. ), and (c) " ... assume the
meeting will be in Adm Murphy's office."
I will have the agenda to all principals NLT 27 Oct.
We will provide steno support for complete minutes.
