REPORT OF FINDINGS On 8 August 1984 Source 96 reported the SG1B following information concerning 09 April 1984 (GMT) at Source stated, in substance, as follows : At this location was a dark gray, multi-level, single free-standing building with other buildings nearby. This building had overhanging portions (not further identified). This building had a strange feeling about it (NFI) . It had an underground portion which was clean, white, and modern (NFI) . There was something strange about the bottom floor of this building (NFI) . Source was unable to provide any further information concerning date and location of interest.
