On 27 July 1982 I met with CPT Marvin IN an
attempt to interpret an informal with written on the attached
document. The Note had been scribed by CG INScom on 8
July when he reviewed The attached document. The document was
returned To DET G (hand carried by CPT Mancini) IN BG
Weinstein's are immediately after providing BG Weinstein
the "package" DET G briefing. BG Weinstein viewed the altached
document and CG Note and related That the CG had not
provide any Tasking (posturing No Need for coneera).
CPT Marvin provided his Interpretation of The wore and
said that he would send DET G a copy of the "Klaus ofthe
action report if we wanted. (He will)
- After This meeting CPT Marvin stated That The "CG
was wondering if he could observe some of the
training that you (DETG) are doing." I related that
,
to " observe" the training would be Time consuming and
boring and as such would Not be worth The CG's Valuable
time. I asked CPT Marvin what he thought the CG
wanted to know. CPT Manuel stated that the CG New what
DET G did but did Not know how we dal IT on
how are trained personnel. I explained That there
questions could be best addressed in a full operational briefing
Including a Tour of the DET G area . CIT Marvin Said
That he Thought that this would be a good idea and
he would inguine as To The CG's desires. I Told
CPT Marvin That a full briefing and tour would take 2 hours
and that if the CG wanted this langfing that perhaps he
should make the tej to FEMade IN conjunction with some
