(S/NOFORN) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of P6 funds to support INSCOM activity. 3. (S/NOFORN) During referenced briefing the ASA R&DA, approved in concept the expenditure of P6 funds to support five INSCOM initiatives , 4.
