(U) References: a. Memorandum. Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (USDRE), dated 19 Jan 83, Subject: GRILL FLAME Activity (U). b. Briefing for Assistant Secretary of the Army, Research, Development and Acquistion (ASA, RD&A), 16 Mar 83, Subject: INSCOM Initiatives for P6 Funding (U). 2. (S/NOFORN ) Referenced USDRE memorandum authorized use of P6 funds to support INSCOM activity. 3. £ ( S/NOFORN ) During referenced briefing the ASA, RD&A, approved in concept, the expenditure of P6 funds to support five INSCOM initiatives. 4. ( S/NOFORN ) £ The acquisition of required biofeedback equipment for use in training and pilot testing was initiative number five. Attached is a list of equipment. 5.
