be 0900 hours and the date is 7 Dec 1982. On 7 Dec 1982 at

is a site that is perceptible.

It's a large flat buildings. It's ... something constructed of criss-
cross iron, shaped like an "A".
66:
Area surrounding buildings is perceptible.
01:
See a triple row of fence.
66:
Overhead oblique perspective is obtainable.
01:
Keep wanting to say towers, but that's not essentially correct.
They're portions of the building, see bubbles, dome type tips, flat
buildings, three or four stories. See square pattern on the ground
with an "X" through it. Looks like large open field. See connecting
walkways or like connecting pieces to buildings, connecting to other
buildings.

In this area there is a particular building which is perceptible.
Just get a black cube. Just a minute.

Maintain over head perspective.

See a building that's shaped like three squares with connecting
pieces, it's a square and then narrow and then square and then narrow
and then square. It's got a dome type roof at the center with a
different kind of roof to the sides. Got a --

Perhaps from this building, you can see the building of interest.

Oust keep getting a perfect cube, black cube.

Look from the north at an oblique.

Big sliding doors and glass and a pattern on the ground, white
pattern on the ground and a black cube. That's all I get. Very
large black cube.

Give me just a minute ..... Getting the impression of a pillow shape.

Okay. Let me read the coordinates to you again. On 7 Dec 1982 at
SG1A
is a site that is perceptible.

Okay, you got a lot of buildings in the area. I got all the buildings
described previously. I got large "C" shaped building or a building
around that's square, open square area.
66:
This is the target area. Describe size of building.
01:
Okay, it's very large, it's also old fashioned. It's cheez, hard tell
how high because the roof slants so much, but it's got perhaps seven
or eight floors. It's very, very long, the legs of the"C" are very
long, about equal to the width portion of the "C".
66:
Focus now on the area in the middle of this "C" that you discussed.
This area is perceptible.
01:
It's not a dome, it's more like a longated breadbox shape upside down,
with peaks or points sticking up, very large sweeping set of steps,
ornate. It's like a very large government type building.
66:
Focus on the area in the center of the "C", the open area you described
before.
01:
I got a problem, I got three open areas. Got one front, one rear.

It appears to be some kind of a very ornate type of, it's not
perfect circle, it's ornately design, circular type, it's not a
fountain, it's more like a monument of some kind. keep being
drawn to a black cube, but I'm --

Okay, go with that and describe the area surrounding the cube.

It's like to one side of the wall of the building that makes up the
"C" And it's all flat sided, cut rock, opening one end with steps.
It's got a figurine or statue type thing on top, but it's a building.
66:
All right. I want to give you a few minutes to explore the very
large "C" shape building. Explore on your own the very large
"C" shpae building.

Explore the interior of the large "C" shape building.

okay, interior activity of building is perceptible.

Many people, business suits, uniforms, varied uniforms. Atmosphere
of many small offices, larger leading chambers, formal place of
Government, houses secrets. Strong feelings of control, the three
Cs, control, command, communication.
This is for people that run
the government.

Okay. We are in a city area with many buildings in it. It is
imparative that we are able to decide which building we're requiring
right now as to whether or not is the building of interest.

See a lot of murals on the walls. Keep looking in the center of the
square in the middle of the "C" and I keep getting a circular
impression that's not completely a circle and these tall tower
like objects fastened to building structures with points.

Okay, what I've drawn here is the "C" shaped building with the
ornate building orobject or whatever it is that's got the penceil
eraser type funny tips down at the end. There's a very large red
building across the road to the right on the page here, across the
road to the front there's
large flat building that's very old
fashioned . .
I've depicted kind of a strange thing with the
roads off to the right. I don't know if that's exactly the right
kind of pattern. But it's like they're not in any order. They
all just kind of come together. This park area directly to the
front in the distance, river to the distance in the left that
runs paralel to the "C" building edge. Lot more large buildings
to the rear left. And somewhere down in this immediate vicinity
of the "C" building is a this large sculptured type wedge shaped
object. And I drew a little picture of a man next to it,
to show opproximate scale or size .. This "C" building appears
to be an old building that's been rehabed and it's very
decorative ornate building. and that's it.
