However, as requested in

discussed during the meeting cited in reference b, I have not
received documentation concerning Statements of Work ESU-83-134,
ESU-83-144, ESU-83-145, and the deliverability of Stage V
training under ESU-83-148.

In view of the pending proposed changes
affecting Project CENTER LANE, I am particularly anxious to
receive a current status report on Statement of Work ESU-83-134,
which was promised by Ed May during my visit in July, and the
status of Stage V training. As this information is vital to the
continuation and expansion of Project CENTER LANE, I trust that
you will ensure a rapid response.
