provide Contracting Officer
Suppport to permit the INSCOM CENTER LANE Project Manager
to enter
proposal and contract negotiations that will culminate in the issuance
of a classified contract.

The sensitivity, compartmented nature, and complexity of the INSCOM
CENTER LANE Project (ICLP) will require a separate security briefing and
a discussion of ICLP technology.
It is imperative that a contract be
ussued NLT 27 July 1984, so work may begin on 1 August 1984; therefore
request immediate action to designate a contracting officer to support
TCLP NLT 12 June 1984.
