December 1982, subject: RV Training.
(U) The attached Statement of Work is intended to initiate
the training cycle for a new individual this fiscal year.
(S/CL-1/NOFORN) Request cost, length and pace of training
for Stages I-III. Also any updated information on the content
of training contained in referenced memorandum.
(U) To allow sufficient time to meet administrative require-
ment for funding in FY 83, request and expeditious response.
