Continue coordinate remote viewing (CRV)
training at SRI-International, New York, New York, 16-20 July 1984.

Pending appointment as a COTR, enter into
contract negotiation with SRI-International, Menlo Park, CA to award
contracts for the continuation of CRV training.

resources are to be used to fund these efforts.
Preliminary
discussion with contracting officers reveal there is sufficient time
to issue a contract.
