MG Soyster approved the MOA and signed the
transmittal letter sending it to ACSI on 26 Sep 84.
I
delivered it to MAJ Von Rawley, DAMI-ISH on 26 Sep
for necessary action.
I talked to LTC Fox today and
he told me he would start work on it soon and return
the MOA via letter to INSCOM with appropriate guidance
and instructions. Attached are copies of the letter,
a note from MG Soyster, and comment from BG Scanlon.
The kudos go to the outstanding people I have
working for me.
