IAW a phonecon with LTC Jachim on 14 February 1983 the following
request for indoctrination is submitted. This request supersedes those
of 29 November 1982 and 4 January 1983 ( see attached) .

As a result of a request by COL David Hottel, Cdr, ITAC indoc-
trination is requested for LTC John Sherburne (Chief, Counterintelligence
Production Division, ITAC) and Mr. Art Peterson (Chief, Requirements
Office, ITAC). LTC Sherburne was approved previously.
