PROJECT GRILL FLAME SECURITY INDOCTRINATION
AND BRIEFING STATEMENT
Section 1001 of Title 18, United States Code makes it a criminal offense
punishable by a maximum of five (5) years imprisonment, $10,000 fine, or both,
knowingly and willingly to make a false statement or representation to any
Department or Agency of the United States, as to any matter within the
jurisdiction of any Department or Agency of the United States.
INITIAL SECURITY BRIEFING STATEMENT
I, the undersigned hereby certify that I have received a security briefing
concerning PROJECT GRILL FLAME. I am aware that willful disclosure of classi-
fied defense information or material is of the utmost importance and that the
loss or compromise of this information or material could be detremental to the
interest of national Security. I have been instructed in the nature of classi-
fied defense information and the procedure governing its safeguarding. I
understand that willful violation or disregard of security regulations may result
in the loss of my Security Clearance.
I do solemnly swear that I will never devulge, publish, or reveal, either by
word, conduct, or any other means any classified intelligence or knowledge
concerning PROJECT GRILL FLAME, except in performance of my official duties and
in accordance with the laws of the United States.
I understand that no change in my relationship with the United States Government
will releive me of my obligation under this oath and that the provisions of this
oath will remain binding upon me even after the termination of my services with
the United States Government.
I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of
evasion.
