1. Attached memo of conversation concerns
my view of Mr Gale's briefing to ACSI this
week.
2.
The INSCOM G. F. briefing offered to DDO
has been accepted.
Provided ZA agrees it
is tentatively scheduled for 4 Feb.

Would like to emphasize the suggestion
that Gale and his report be put on hold until
Dr LaBerge and the Steering Committee feel
certain they can live with the product.
As
it now stands Gale intends to distribute the
report tomorrow. That doesn't bother me
nearly as much as poss precipitous implementation
