On 22 January 1982, Mr. Hugh Watson, ODCSOPS, HQ INSCOM, passed an SI message and other information he had received pertaining to the project. The direction had come from MG Stubblebine. I was directed by COL Miller to make contact with and get a more detailed brief on the information. Also to work with them on the project. SG11 SG11 2. (S) Met with he had briefed MG Stubblebine on 19 January 1982. After the briefing, MG Stubblebine said his GRILL FLAME people would be in touch to exchange information and work together with his office. SG11 3. (S) Received a brief and explanation of their holdings and projected plans for future. I provided a copy of TAB A to session. 849 requested any other session reports.
