DIA called 22 January 1982. He was
preparing a background paper for the Director, DIA and wanted our
Budget for FY 82 and estimates for FY 83 through FY 87. I told him
I would have to talk to our (HUMINT) Budget people before I could
give him those numbers.
I also told him I doubted a projection
for FY 84 - 87 existed.

On 25 January 1982 (a.m. ), contacted CPT Rittenburg.
His guidance: use latest FY 82 figures sent to DCSRM and our FY83
COB projections.
